The Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships will be held in Lexington, KY at Masterson Station Park on Saturday, November 21, 2015 (the Saturday before Thanksgiving). Attending this meet will give your runner the opportunity to race with their fellow Accelerators against teams from across the country.
The Accelerators have a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express, Lexington NE for a negotiated reduced rate. THESE RATES ARE GOOD THROUGH OCTOBER 6th. With less than a month to the cutoff, the time to book your hotel for Nationals is NOW. Even if you are unsure if you will be able to attend, it is always smart to book a room, and cancel if necessary. The hotel is only a stone’s throw from the venue, Masterson Station Park. We need a minimum of 16 rooms in order to use a conference room free-of-charge for our pizza party.

Helpful information for booking:
- When booking online, be sure to click “Group Code”, then enter booking reservation code “ACC” in the box that opens up or else you may get a message reading “no rooms available”. If speaking to a real human, just say “Accelerators” and smile.
- Cancellation Policy: you may cancel by 6:00 pm local time** on day of arrival or be charged full agreed-upon rate to the credit card you used when making reservations. (** Lexington is in the Eastern Time Zone.)
- Accelerators rates available until 6 Oct.
- There is an indoor pool at the hotel!
- All rooms have a mini fridge and microwave
- Free breakfast buffet.
- Double check that you are booking at the correct property; there are a few Holiday Inns in the area.
- For those arriving Thursday, the Accelerator rate is only contracted for QQ rooms.
