Important Fall Practice notes from the Coaches:
- Practice will be at the Windmill until day-light savings ends.
- Weekday (Mon-Fri) practice will be at the Fabyan Windmill from 5:00 – 6:15PM.
- Weekend practices (location and time) will be announced weekly at practice, on Facebook and on this site.
- Please bring water – keeping hydrated during and after running practice is important.
