The Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships will be held at Voice of America Park in West Chester, OH on Saturday, November 18, 2017 (the Saturday before Thanksgiving). Attending this meet will give your runner the opportunity to race with their fellow Accelerators against teams from across the country.

Registration by Accelerators: Registration to be given to Sandy Kurth or emailed to [email protected]. Birth certificates to be provided to Sandy only if you have not previously run at Nationals with us.
Bib Pickup: at hotel from 2:00pm – 6:00pm on Friday

Course Map: There is a 2K and 3K loops that are used to make the different distances
Saturday Dinner: on your own while we can bring take-out back to hotel common room.
Hotel Information:
Nationals this year is at Voice of America Park in West Chester, OH, on November 18th. The folks at Nationals have contracted with a third party, Event Management, to block local hotel rooms for the race attendees at a reduced rate. You can follow the Hotel Info link on the Nationals website (link below) and book any hotel you like. Several families are staying at the Hampton Inn… additionally, Accelerators have a block of 30 rooms at Holiday Inn Express which is less than 5 miles from the race site.
It’s super fun for the kids when they’re with their friends in one hotel…and fun for the parents as well!

- This links to the Nationals page; Holiday Inn Express- Mason will be showing. Select check-in date and number of nights. (If arriving Thurs, contact me)
- DO NOT select anything other than “1” in “How many Rooms Would You Like” unless you personally are getting/paying for more than one room.
- Group Name is “Accelerators Running”
- In “Special Requests” enter hotel reward # or other info.
- Skip down and enter Payment Details.
