Summer Picnic

You saved the date, right? Past and present Accelerators are all welcome!!
The club will provide hot dogs, buns and condiments… to round out the feast we invite our families to bring an appetizer, side, fruit or dessert to share. Also please bring drinks for your family. We are also in need of paper goods for the event; if you’d like to bring plates, napkins, or cutlery for the event, please let us know a.s.a.p., otherwise we will ask families to provide their own.
It will be a fun day of food, games, friendship…and info. Our coaches will discuss our upcoming cross-country race season, from local races through Nationals.
We will be trading/donating any athletic gear the kids have outgrown that can be passed on. If you have anything, bring it along!
Please check your email for the invite that you can RSVP to. We need a final headcount by Wednesday, August 24, so that the Coaches know how many hotdogs to buy. If you would like to bring plates/cutlery/napkins please let Karin Merrill or Coach Sandy know and they will share the headcount with you.
